The highlight of the event will be a two-day culinary showcase on October 3-4, featuring renowned chefs Marc Murphy, Rocco DiSpirito, Aaron May, and Jon Ashton. On Saturday, October 3, guests aged 21 and over can attend an exclusive VIP dining experience at Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex. This evening event begins with champagne and hors d'oeuvres, followed by a multi-course dinner curated by the celebrity chefs. Attendees will get an inside look at the chefs' techniques as they prepare each dish, along with an open bar, meet-and-greet opportunities, and photo sessions. Tickets for this VIP experience are priced at $499 per person and availability is limited.
The celebration continues on Sunday at 11 a.m. with a panel discussion featuring chefs Murphy, DiSpirito, and May alongside astronauts, focusing on favorite foods, culinary inspirations, and what astronauts miss while in space. This panel discussion is included with regular admission to the visitor complex, and guests will have the chance to meet the chefs and take photos afterwards.
