
Aluminum produced at the Constellium plant in Ravenswood was integral to NASA’s Artemis II craft, which orbited the moon this spring. This contribution earned Constellium the title of the “Coolest Thing Made in WV” in a contest recognizing innovative manufacturing within the state.

The official announcement of the contest's results was made last Friday at Blue Ridge Community & Technical College in Martinsburg, although the award presentation has not yet occurred.
The trophy will be awarded to the plant manager of Constellium in Jackson County in the near future.
